11-Team Sales Blitz and Generates 78 Sales Leads

Request  West Michigan International, a commercial truck dealer with four locations covering a large territory in Michigan, needed a quick-turn campaign to qualify prospects for face-to-face visits (a Sales Blitz) from the sales team and general leads for International heavy-duty truck sales.

Solution Over the course of 3 weeks, MMG called West Michigan’s list of 981 prospects, verifying contact and location information and qualifying opportunities for new truck sales. 

Our contact center associates made up to 3 attempts to reach decision makers within each company and discuss needs plus promote the advantages of West Michigan International. Those with immediate needs were immediately sent to West Michigan via email so follow-up could take place right away. Qualified prospects were “warmed up” for a face-to-face visit receiving a friendly notice via mail and email that a West Michigan International representative would be in the area soon and plans to drop in.  

MMG organized an efficient sales blitz plan, giving each team an optimized route, complete with key contact and qualifying information for each company.  
Apart from the sales blitz, the MMG team also provided the entire purified marketing list to West Michigan so they now have a quality target audience for marketing and sales.
