MMG's Outbound Calling Campaign Drives Prospects for Buck's County International

Request Bucks County International held a state bid contract for New Jersey that would expire in 2019 and wanted to promote it to New Jersey government entities, as a way to drive sales of their International 7400 series trucks. 

Solution MMG developed an outbound call campaign, targeting 649 New Jersey government facilities in an effort to promote Bucks County International sales and the state bid contract. 


During outbound calls, prospects were informed of the advantages of buying from Bucks County, including the ability to save time and money by not having to get quotes from three or more companies for state approval.

Program Outcome Navistar confirmed 24 different municipalities purchased at least one truck, for a total of 31 truck sales during the contract period directly attributed to the MMG prospecting program.

Results 

11   Immediate opportunities uncovered and forwarded to dealership for quote and or scheduling.

43 Additional leads confirmed as expressing interest in the dealer and brands for future purchase consideration. 

276 Identified Key Contacts and confirmed permission-based email addresses.
