MMG’s Year-End OverDrive 3 Program Promotes Matthews Motors Dealership 

Request Matthews Motors, a commercial truck dealer in Augusta, Georgia, wanted to promote their dealership—both Hino and Isuzu brands. Although they’ve been in business for 27 years, they only recently changed their name from Fleetcare Isuzu Truck of Augusta. 

Solution MMG conducted an OverDrive 3 program, which included integrated marketing prospect calling, real-time emails, dealer emails and direct mail campaigns. 


MMG targeted 574 prospective sales, parts and service customers during the three-month time period. On average, 2.4 calls were made to each record.  


Two emails were sent to prospects during the course of the program, featuring Hino and Isuzu fully bodied trucks to boost sales. The emails also promoted the dealership’s newly renovated 34-bay shop, and their mobile service, including four service trucks performing 24/7 emergency repair and on-site services.


At the end of the program, the MMG team also provided the entire purified marketing list to Matthews Motors so they now have a quality target audience for marketing and sales. 

Results 

246   Confirmed Key Contacts, or 43% of entire list identified as key contact.

16 High-potential “A” leads forwarded to dealer immediately because they expressed interest or intent to purchase within the year and agreed to rep follow-up.

40 Additional “B/C” leads confirmed as expressing interest in the dealer and brands for future purchase consideration.
