OverDrive Campaigns Deliver Continued Success for Rush Truck Center – Columbus

Solution Since 2013, MMG has supported Rush Truck Center – Columbus with six Isuzu campaigns, including integrated call/email/direct mail campaigns to promote truck sales, parts and service.
Starting with a list of 357 records, MMG conducted outbound phone and online research, MMG was able to perform initial data purification, including phone numbers, email addresses and key contact identification. By the end of 2017, MMG had grown the list into 3,742 total Isuzu records in the CRM.
In addition to multiple rounds of outbound calling, each campagin included monthly dealer emails to prospects, showcasing various trucks, finance offers, and exclusive parts and service offers. Quarterly mailings included high-impact, direct mail pieces with exclusive dealer offers.
After each campaign wrapped, MMG would provide the purified data to the client for future marketing follow-up efforts.
