Solution MMG initiated an custom integrated, multi-touch prospect/marketing program including outbound calls to existing and potential customers, allowing for the ability to warm-transfer customers to the service department for scheduling appointments.
Welcome packets were mailed to in-region customers and prospects; as well as timely email communications reminding truck owners of preventive maintenance intervals.
Custom key tags were provided to the Rapid Service team to distribute to new customers when bringing in their trucks for service. Custom on-site signage was created to promote the new service.
MMG recognized the need to promote the new service, but also overcome the belief that preventive maintenance servicing was not worth the downtime. In all communications, MMG promoted the same-day service for general PM services for scheduled appointments, as well as service specials unique to the Doraville Rapid Service location.
